What can I expect from the event?
The Art of Banksy 'Without Limits' exhibition offers a unique immersive journey into the world of one of the most enigmatic artists of our time. The exhibition showcases over 150 of Banksy's works, including original pieces, prints on diverse materials, lithographs, photographs, sculptures, murals, installations, multimedia, mapping, and more. Compelling documentaries along the exhibition provides a deeper understanding of Banksy's life and creative process.
Where is the experience located?
The event is hosted at Edmonton City Centre Mall, in the heart of the art district of Edmonton, just steps away from the Museum of the Contemporary Art, Citadel theater or the concerts hall, as well as other popular landmarks, stores and restaurants.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
The exhibition will be held in an indoor venue, ensuring a comfortable and controlled environment for all attendees.
How long does the experience last?
The visit will take approximately 60 minutes or more, depending on your pace and engagement with the exhibition.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
No, unfortunately, food and beverage will not be available for purchase on site. However, we do allow personal bottles of water inside the exhibition for your convenience.
Is there parking available?
Yes, mall parking is available
Will there be additional sessions?
Unfortunately, due to the exhibition itinerary, there will not be extra dates, but we might add new timings on some visiting days. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
A large range of merchandise will be available for sale. Also, the famous spray painting activation will be available on site.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
Yes. Text descriptions accompany each artwork, and a multimedia exhibit guide is available. The guide is included in the ticket price and provides additional content, including detailed text, photos, and videos that offer further context beyond the exhibit signage.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, there will not be any strobe lights used in the exhibition.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
The exhibition is a walk-through experience, and we encourage visitors to explore at their own pace. There are limited seating options available inside for rest as needed.
Will restrooms be available on site?
Yes, restrooms are available within the facility for your convenience.
Is there a Lost & Found?
Please address to the exhibition's front desk for Lost and Found.
Is coat check available?
Yes, coat check is available and included in the ticket price. For safety and security reasons, visitors are required to leave bags and backpacks at the coat check.
Is there an age requirement?
All ages are welcome to this experience! No ticket is required for children between 0-3 years old.
Will there be an audio guide?
Unfortunately, this experience does not include an audio guide.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them! We ask that you be mindful of other visitors and avoid disturbing their experience while capturing your own.

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended that you arrive at the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 10 minutes.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event's location, though we do welcome service animals.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event is being held in an accessible venue.
Do you offer carer tickets?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. For this experience, simply show proof of needing a carer ticket at the entrance and the carer will be allowed in for free.

Where can I get tickets?
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the
Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please
contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the
Apple App Store or
Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the
Apple Store or
Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please
contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please
contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. One of our agents will respond to your request as soon as possible, informing you of the next steps to follow. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our
